The (semi) Retirement Guy

I've started a new journey, which will include 'Back to Basics' fitness information, but will focus more on one man's journey into retirement after a marriage of 39 years ended and how that has affected preparation for, and the continuing life after such a life changing event. I expect it to be fulfilling, funny, and always interesting. I suspect there may be some useful information along the way, but don't count on it. I plan for it to entertain me. I hope it does you.
